Yes i did follow my diet plan for all four weeks. I did this because I wanted to see if it is possible to gain brown fat. I have more energy now since I have started my diet and I have lost belly fat and turned it into brown fat I think. The reason I say I think is because my stomach has become more firm and I know brown fat is more firm like muscle and not like yellow fat. I do not know for sure though. By eating correctly I am sure i have gained more vitamins and fiber (lots of it).
