Pick three factors that can change your heart rate. How do they change your heart rate? (i.e. faster, stronger, slower, weaker) For each give another system affected by the change in heart rate.

Three factors that can change your heart rate are heat and cold, emotional stress, and exercise. Heat will increase someone's heart beat. An example of heat is a fever and thatwould not only affect your heart rate but your nervous system.  When the body becomes cold your heart rate willl decrease. An example of emoitional stress is when someone has been scared. When someone has been frightened  their heart rate will increase but once they stop being scared their heart rate will return back to normal. Exercise would change someone's heart rate because it is putting physical stress on there body requiring that the blood get circulated faster. Therefore someone's heart rate would increase during exercise and there breathing would increase as well meaning that their respiratory system would also be affected.
